RAMP - advancing the industry and those who work in it
What is RAMP?
RAMP has been developed by Bon Education in conjunction with Aquatic Recreation Victoria (ARV) and industry leaders from Europe and across Australia. It is an educational program designed specifically for leaders and emerging Australian and New Zealand leaders in the Recreation and Aquatic Facility industry.
When is it held?
In each year students attend an intensive four-day residential program designed to maximise learning and networking opportunities. The residential dates are in the first half of November year
I am really busy at work is there a heavy workload?
The majority of the study is undertaken at the school. There is a work based project to be completed between the first and second residential period, but most likely this will be something you are already doing at work.
Where is it held?
The inaugural program will be held at Silverwater Resort a five star resort in San Remo.
Located a pleasant 1 hour 30 minute drive from Melbourne, San Remo is the gateway to Phillip Island. Every second year the school will be hosted at an alternative venue in Australia.
Who should attend?
This program is designed for current and emerging leaders in the Aquatic and Recreation Facility industry. This program would benefit all levels of the organisation.
At the end of each graduation year the most outstanding contribution by a student will be awarded with a Scholarship for a fully funded one week study tour of European facilities supported by our European counterparts. All graduates will be eligible. The trip will be made available once COVID restrictions allow. Your host will be a senior executive in the industry based in the UK that will plan your itinerary and ensure that you have a rewarding and enjoyable time.
